In today’s video, How to increase your Self-Love, we talk about being grateful for your lessons, your disappointments and your victories.
‘I am grateful for my lessons, my disappointments and my victories’ is the 9th and last mantra of our Self-Love DNA. This DNA is a Self-Help tool we created to enable you to daily increase your Self-Love on a deeper level.
The 9th mantra of the Self-Love DNA, introduces the healing power of gratefulness. Practicing gratefulness is THE #1 exercise to live the life you love.
Being grateful for the good stuff is easy. But to be grateful for our disappointments is something we are not used to at all. We don’t view disappointment as a mirror of our own needs … instead we get angry at somebody or something disappointing us. To learn to be grateful for your disappointments is to learn to see and to acknowledge your own needs.
To be grateful for your lessons, invites you to see everything you do and don’t do as part of your life-journey. Life is not only about making the outer journey. Life is also about learning to accept, to surrender, to enjoy, to celebrate and to be grateful for the inner journey you are making.
Being grateful for your victories invites you to be present in the here and now. We usually think of victories as achievements we have in our outer journey. This mantra invites you to celebrate ALL your victories. From your outer journey and from your inner journey.
