In today’s video, How to increase your Self-Love, we talk about being in action to gain more Self-Love.
‘I choose to be in action to gain more Self-Love every day’ is the 6th mantra of our Self-Love DNA. This DNA is a Self-Help tool we created to enable you to daily increase your Self-Love on a deeper level.
We always say, ‘without action no transformation’! Action is the best antidote to being down and lethargic. Action is also walking your talk.
Only talking and reading about Self-Love without actively doing the inner work to gain Self-Love, will get you nowhere fast.
This mantra builds on mantra #3 ‘I choose to do the inner work that is needed to gain more Self-Love’. That mantra encourages you to do the INNER WORK.
This mantra #6 ‘I choose to be in action to gain more Self-Love every day’ encourages you to do the OUTER WORK.
But what is doing the outer work? Outer work is about you being courageous and participating on the playground of your life. It is all about saying what you have to say and doing what you have to do to put your transformation into motion.
Being in action is about actively showing up in your own life. You actively choosing Self-Love over Self-Denial and even Self-Hatred.
