In today’s video, How to increase your Self-Love, we talk about daily doing the Inner Work.
‘I choose to do this inner work every day’ is the 4th mantra of our Self-Love DNA. This DNA is a Self-Help tool we created to enable you to daily increase your Self-Love on a deeper level.
This 4th mantra builds on the 3rd mantra of our Self-Love DNA ‘I choose to do the inner work that is needed to gain more Self-Love’. In our previous video we explained what it means to do the inner work to create lasting inner change.
In order to create inner change you will have to access your subconscious mind.
This mantra ‘I choose to do this inner work every day’ invites you to create new behavior through repetition. New behavior starts in your brain. Through daily repetition you create new neurological pathways in your brain, that supports your new behavior and your inner change.
This is why we daily work with meridian tapping or emotional freedom technique [eft]. EFT is an easy to use self-help tool that gives you direct access to your subconscious mind.
By daily using EFT you work on your limiting beliefs, your negative self-talk, and your negative self-image. This is how you actively make new neurological pathways in your brain that supports the inner change to increase your Self-Love.
After a while you will notice that you start to make the transition from feeling dependent to being your own inner leader.
With having that Inner Leadership Self-Love kicks in and your life will start to improve.
