In today’s video, How to increase your Self-Love, we talk about doing the Inner Work that is needed to gain more Self-Love.
‘I choose to do the inner work that is needed to gain more Self-Love’ is the 3rd mantra of our Self-Love DNA. This DNA is a Self-Help tool we created to enable you to daily increase your Self-Love on a deeper level.
The first question we have to answer in this mantra; is what do we mean by ‘inner work’?
Every change you make on the outside starts with a change on the inside. We always say, the only way OUT is IN.
In order to create lasting inner change you will have to access your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind is a big memory bank where your beliefs, memories and life experiences are stored. This stored information always affects your behavior and actions in the here and now.
So, the fastest way to create lasting inner change is by accessing your subconscious mind. This is why we work with meridian tapping or emotional freedom technique [eft] in our Self-Love DNA. EFT is an easy to use self-help tool that gives you direct access to your subconscious mind.
