In today’s video, How to increase your Self-Love, we talk about being real about yourself and your life.
‘I choose to be real about myself and my life’ is the first mantra of our Self-Love DNA. This DNA is a self-help tool we created to enable you to daily increase your Self-Love on a deeper level.
Let’s go on with being real. Why is it important to be real?
Because the opposite of being real is being in denial. Denial is one of the greatest saboteurs when it comes to loving yourself more. If your life is not working the way you want to, if you are unhappy, lonely, angry, broke or you are afraid all the time, admit it to yourself. Be at least real with yourself. Say it out loud to yourself. Don’t deny it any longer. Write it down in your journal. And be with it to the bone.
To be real about yourself and your life is key in increasing your Self-Love. It’s also the hardest thing to do for a human because it’s so unpleasant.And at the same time, it’s the only way you will ever start to make the transition to Self-Love.
‘I choose to be real about myself and my life’ is the first mantra we tap on with meridian tapping or emotional freedom technique [eft] in our Self-Love DNA.
To daily tap on this mantra, will at first bring you into contact with everything that isn’t working in your life.
After a while you will notice that you start to make the transition from inner unsafety to inner safety.
And when feeling inwardly safe you don’t have to deny what isn’t real in your life any longer. You will start to change your life and that’s the moment when Self-Love kicks in and your life will start to improve.
