EFT is a self-help healing modality. It’s the more popular and far wider known little cousin of TFT (Thought Field Therapy)
EFT also uses meridian tapping with your own fingers on specific meridian points on your body, in a specific pattern. EFT only knows one tapping pattern, while TFT uses many tapping patterns, each different for a specific issue.
Where TFT is used in complete silence, EFT makes use of set-up statements, words, sentences and positive affirmations. Like TFT, EFT can be learned and used by everyone
EFT is ‘a one-stop method that cures all’, widely known and used by many healers and therapists. While TFT is far more specific and a more scientifically studied healing modality, used by psychologists and psychotherapists. TFT often works when EFT fails.
